Employer-paid insurance coverage for you and your family!!As an (HVAC/R) Technician with Chiller Systems Service, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our reputation for having best-value HVAC solutions, fast response times, accountability, and transparency are upheld. You will be key in building long-lasting customer relationships as you deliver high quality work and maintain open communication with clients. Your primary function will be a variety of semi-skilled maintenance including repair, install, troubleshooting, and service work on HVAC equipment for commercial and industrial businesses, such as hospitals, school districts, university, process and manufacturing chillers, specialty cooling, MRI cooling, office spaces, etc. **We do NOT perform any restaurant work**
Our growing team is seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Tech in the Denver, Colorado area who enjoys variety and challenge in their day to day.
Job Duties:
  • Diagnose, service, and repair mechanical and electrical components of HVAC systems and related components, including Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Roof Top Units (RTU), Split-System Units, Vane Axial Fans, etc.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and compliance schematics
  • Perform minor Piping repairs on HVAC equipment such as Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Roof Top Units (RTU), and Split-System Units
  • Operate and perform regularly scheduled maintenance on a variety of equipment
  • Interact directly with Owners, Property managers and Building engineers when quoting equipment repairs and recommending replacements when necessary
Requirements:Good oral and written communication, customer service, decision making, problem solving, and INTEGRITY skills.
  • At least 3-5 years of Commercial HVAC experience
  • Valid Journey Level certification
  • ON CALL rotation as needed
  • Ability to pass background check / drug screen as needed
  • Able to lift/push/pull/move 50lbs on a regular basis
  • Clean Driving Record for use of your company issued vehicle on a daily basis
Preferred:
  • Relative education / certification in HVAC and Refrigeration Industry highly desired
  • Universal EPA highly desired
  • Prior Commercial / Industrial Chiller and Boiler experience a plus
